- We received dividends 3,512 CAD
- Receive annual capital gains: 12,000 CAD – failed
- We received about 6,000 CAD in capital gains
- Profit from rental property: 2,400 CAD (200 CAD x 12 months) – achieved
- We received 2,601 CAD in profit from renting our condominium
